You can also Get The Resurrect-o-Nomitron by using the cheat boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and spawn the sim modder and click all career awards.
Vampires
Using the above cheat you can become a vampire, make someone else a vampire and then stop being a vampire. Rember if you go out in the sun for to long when you are a vampire you will die.
Ghosts
You become a ghost by dieng and you stop ghosts coming by selling or moving the gravestone.
